May i join your college with 35% graduation marks in MBA

U will get admission for MBA but your choice will become a problem for admission.

U should try Private or Mangement Seats rather than expecting the impossible for your career.

35% is not even good for your future.

Hey, 

For getting admission in IIM,  you must have a Bachelor's Degree with at least 50 per cent marks (for General category) and 45 Percent (for SC, ST and PWD category) or equivalent CGPA from any recognised university . So,  no matter to which category you belong,  you are not eligible for admission to IIM.
