MBBS in India is better if you are doing it in abroad the. You should qualify a exam MCI.

MCI Examination is compulsory for those Indian students who have pursued MBBS from abroad . ... Once you clear this exam , you will be equivalent from those who have done their MBBS from India . Only then you are allowed to choose your career in the field of medicine.

Majority are opting abroad MBBS due to less fee in there and due to their low marks .
