Bachelors of medicine and bachelors of surgery or MBBS is considered as one of the noble degrees. 

In our country, the mbbs course is of 5.5years.

This includes 4.5years of academic learning and 1 year of mandatory internship.

The internship can be done frm ur mother college or from another college of ur preference if ur application gets accepted. 

But you only get d stipend if u practise in ur mother college... Internship in another college usually are not paid.
