B com LLB is a five years full time  ug program. GGU, bilaspur is NAAC B grade Accredited University. Total Fees for the course is INR 29,800. Eligibility for the course is to have passed xii board with minimum 45% . Admission is through  counselling based on the rank obtained in Vishwavidhyalaya Entrance Test ( VET).

So with 59% in xii you are eligible for b com LLB from GGU. You need to qualify VET.
