I would like to tell you that there would be no issue if you do not have the white background in your Image that you have uploaded in your JEE mains registration form. There will be no issue regarding that and your form will not be rejected based on that.

Furthermore, For JEE-Main 2022 application form :  Your category certificate should be issued on or after January 1st 2022 (only OBC-NCL and EWS certificate, this criteria is not valid for any other category's certificate), so if you only want to apply for JEE-Main 2022 then get your certificate issued now and upload it.
