    Hello,

    Yes, there might be a problem . JEE form should be filled separately for each student. If both children have filled only one form, then it is a mistake.

    You should immediately contact the JEE Main official helpline (https://www.nta.ac.in/contactus) and explain your issue. They might provide a solution.
