First of all, Now, marks does not play a direct role in getting admission into an NIT. Admission is given into any NIT on the basis of rank in the JEE Main exam.

However to get admission into NIT Rourkela, for a OBC candidate and that too from home state, percentile of 90-91 will be enough to get admission into a decent branch at NIT Rourkela.

Final prediction will be done after NTA announces the percentile for atleast Jan exam.
