For MSU And for open category (for non MSU diploma students) you need you must score near to 19 for getting rank in top 30 either you are from category just come this year that is EWS(economically weaker sections) then you can have rank 45 and Stpi up-to 18.77 I belong to this category so I know it well 

Well the rank and Stpi may reduce To 0.3-0.4 if you belong to categories such as SEBC(socially and Economically Backward Classes) or SC & ST (social castes & tribes) but I don't know about it in detail I just know for open category students...
