The cutoff is not released by the authorities and it will be released on the official website.Cutoff changes every year due to many factors like total students appearing for exam,difficulty level of paper,category etc factors,so its quite tough to say exactly the cutoffs.as you did not mention your category considering you from GEN category,  score 15 based on previous year analysis ,, you can have chances in the following colleges :
