State rank is the rank which is calculated on the basis of candidates appeared and qualified from a particular state. State rank is released by State Counselling authorities. State authorities ask for state counselling registration where candidates apply and based on their merit obtained in the examination, the state authorities release merit lists. There you can get your State Rank. The state rank will be released by the state counselling authority after the registration process gets over. DMET Tamilnadu has not yet released the application for Neet TN Counselling 2020. So there might be a delay in releasing the merit list.
