The National Board of Examinations states that the minimum percentile required to qualify NEET PG, for candidates belonging to OBC category is 40th percentile.

As per your rank, you're predicted to have scored less than 425, based on previous years data. With such a percentile, you can seek admission for MD in private colleges and deemed universities.
