thanks for asking your query as per your performance and rank in bcece 2019 you could get mit muzaffarpur but not in the first round of counselling because if your rank would be under 100 then it could be possible to get seat in 1st round but as per your rank you should attend the counselling.

As per for Bhagalpur College of Engineering you can get admission in all of the branches but the cutoff for Civil Engineering Branch is a little higher than your rank.
