My Bihar SC rank is 164 with 416 marks in neet and Bihar round 1 cut off is 426 with SC rank 136 will I get government MBBS medical college

Hi dhruv, 

You have scored good marks in neet 2019,with this marks and having sc category you can have a mbbs or bds seat in the second round of counselling if you did not get in the first round. 

You have a good category rank and can have a mbbs seat. 

Apply for the counselling.

As you have already mentioned that the cutoff marks fir 1st round was 426 and 136 sc rank.. So, looking this scenario that your sc rank is 164 with416 marks in neet, you have good chances to get a government medical college for MBBS in the further rounds.. Not sure whether you get it in 2nd round.. But for sure you will fetch a seat till the end of mop up round...
