As per last year cutoff, selection was made upto rank 80 under general category, cutoff was little lower for eeserved categort. So it seem difficult for your brother to make through BHU this year. You can wait for counselling letter and can also check the cutoff rank list whuch BHU is going to release soon. It is very difficult to tell you exact results.
