My brother has got 20 percentile in CET and 41 percentile in JEE ... Can he get admission on the basis of JEE rather than CET

Hi ! It seems that your brother may not get any college on the basis of JEE main marks in Maharashtra. His percentile is too low with 41%. Minimum requirement to stand in a chance is 70 percentile. Still you can predict the rank by the link given below.
