My brother's expected mark in neet 2020 is 210 , he belongs to mbc category and obc- ncl in all india quota. will he be called for state quota councelling

The counselling process is for each student appearing in the neet. The number of seats are changed according to the exam. The level and the scores of students are seen and colleges are short listed according to the AIR. The state decides the state rank and then according to the process the college names are filled as per your needs.
