my community ranking is 1680 what are the chances of getting admission to anna university? by the way I am sca.

Hello Vineshwari,

Every year the TNEA cutoff  and you andmission chances depends  on the  number of Applicants appearing in TNEA, the number of seats available in the participating college, the difficulty level of qualifying exam for that year and previous year cut off trend. The cutoff also varies with the branch you are opting and if you are from TN it is easier. With all that said , your rank is good for your category and you can sure expect seat in Anna University. As I said earlier it also depends on the competition for the branch your are selecting , hence attend the counselling and see. According to last year the round 1 closing rank was around 2000 so do not worry.
