You haven't mention in which exam you can get this rank. without knowing exam it is quite difficult to tell. Assuming that you are talking about JEE Mains. At this rank it is quite difficult to get seat in JNU for B tech Program in any branch. According to previous year cutoff your rank is quite high to get seat in JNU.
