Hello, you have less chance of getting any good Nit like top 10 Nit but you may expect some Nit which are new like Sikkim, Nagaland, Manipur etc but you have to wait till special round of counseling. Cutoffs depends on various factors like number of students giving the exam ,total seats for that branch ,etc. All the best.
