According to JAC Delhi Closing ranks, you can get into Bio-Technology Engineering in DTU as the closing ranks for the same in 2020 Round 9 (SPOT) was 163524 for DELHI Region Candidate.

You can get Civil Engineering in NSUT, Mechanical and Automation Engineering (MAE) in Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women

If outside Delhi, you will not be able to get admission easily.
