You do have a chance to get into Anna University, Chennai; MIT with CSE/ECE, Anna University, Tiruchirapally with all the branches open to your score.

Colleges like SSN Institute of Technology and PSG college of engineering, Alagappa college can be accessed with moderate branches.

Yes. But that might not be a top notch branch. You might end up with chemical engineering or Metallurgical engineering
