Also, if you are enquiring about the Anna university main campus, that is college of engineering, Guindy, well then the answer is no, unless you have any special reservation. Since College of engineering  , Guindy is the top ranked college, the cut off's there is usually high. Probably as high up-to 198. But, colleges affiliated under Anna University is possible.
