Pharma D is a professional pharmacy doctoral program. PCI is a regulatory body of Pharmacy education in India. . Pharmacy is a dynamic sector in terms of research and manufacturing of drugs. The health care sector has grown exponentially around the world, opening up great opportunities in the field of pharmacy, especially from multinational pharmaceutical companies.

B.Sc in Agriculture is 4 year degree course in field of general Agriculture to expose you to the rural life and farming situations. After completing B.Sc in Agriculture course you can go for various career options in government and private sector like Teaching, Research & Development, Farm Managers, Retail Marketing, Fertilizer & Pesticide Industries, in state Department of Agriculture through Agriculture MPSC, in banks as P.O. & A.O., etc. You can also be a self employed with Nursery, Seed Production, Biotech Laboratory, Agriculture, Processing Units, Consultancy, Biofertilizer Production unit, etc.

So as per the course demands go with bsc in  agriculture but if you are interested in medicine then  go into Pharma D course.
