There are some chances for you getting any of the one IIIT or GFTI. You can try at your best . You will get benefit of EWS quota so you will definitely get seat in one of them just wait till last councelling you will get good college . Choose your choice filling according to last year cut offs .

As you have secured 17828 ews rank in JEE mains then sorry you cannot get any seat in any NITs or gftis or any iiits in whole josaa counseling.

Because nowadays the competitions are very tough and you have to at least score 8000 ews rank to get a seat in NITs and under 5000 ews ranks for getting sure seats in iiits.
As per your profile i can assume that you belong from andhra pradesh, them also with your home state quota you can't get seat in nit andhra pradesh.

But with this much rank you can get some of the gftis during CSAB counselling, because your CRL rank is around 120000.
With this much crl rank you can get some top gftis like Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar, Institute of Technology, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya (A Central university), Bilaspur, (C.G.), Assam University, Silchar, etc.

So, there is a chance that you can get some gftis in csab special round counseling with your secured crl rank, but there is chance of getting nits or iiits even in csab special round counseling.
