According to the official qualifying cutoff for GATE, the cutoff marks out of 100 to qualify for Biotechnology is 35.9 for general,32.3 for OBC and 23.9 for SC/ST. You have 36.67 marks out of 100 , so made the cut to qualify for biotechnology. So you have a decent chance to get ANNA. For that you have to attend the counselling
