This is very difficult to predict because cut off  keeps changing every year depending upon a number of factors like

--------) number of students that appeared in the WBJEE exam

--------)difficulty level of the WBJEE examination

--------)Kind of marks obtained by the students in the WBJEE exam

--------) number of students from different categories etc

But yes,

With your 2462 pharmacy rank , considering your category as general category

You have very good chance in government pharmacy college

As per  2020 ,  3rd round of wbjee, you have chances in following government colleges for B.Pharm/Pharmaceutical :-

• Institute of Pharmacy, Jalpaiguri:-4371

• Jadavpur University:- 3977
