Sorry but IET lucknow is the top government college of AKTU and cse is the most preferred branch hence it's cutoff is higher as compared to another branch I fear even with your SC category rank you could not be able to get the branch but you can get other branches and if you only want CSE then you can look for other government or private college you can get the best colleges of upsee with this rank.
