Hello Dear,

Yes, you are eligible for CSE/ECE with TFW ranks.you can get CSE/ECE with the help of general rank also.

TFW rank: Maulana Abul Kalam Azad college, Kalyani Govt. engineering college

General rank: Narula Institute of technology, Techno India University
