As your query is your General Rank in AKTU is 825 and you have applied for the B.Tech program and for that you want to know that if you pay 20000 for the seat allotment process in during counselling as per 2019 Policy of course the fees will be refundable but only 18000 because the rest of 2000 will be cut as the counselling charge but yes of course the 18000 will be refunded after the seat allotment process is completed and they will handover you the money to through the mode you select.
