my ipu cet rank is 9145 in delhi region. can i got admission in maharaja agrasen college btech electronics and communicaion.

Chances are very slim, but you can try till the end of all rounds of counselling including spot round but in that process you might risk admission in some other good college of IPU. So decide wisely.
