Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology, Delhi which is widely abbreviated as MAIT Delhi was established in 1999 by the Maharaja Agrasen Technical Education Society. Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology is accredited and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and it is also in affiliation with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi (GGSIPU Delhi). MAIT courses are offered at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the fields of Engineering and Architecture and Management and Business Administration. Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology courses include B.Tech and MBA. MAIT Delhi admissions to B.Tech programmes are based on valid scores in JEE Main Paper 1 conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology selection process for the MBA programme is based on the performance of the candidate in CAT/CMAT/IPU CET scores. During the Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology Delhi placement drive 2023, 846 students were placed. The MAIT Delhi highest salary package stood at Rs 51 LPA. New Delhi Railway Station is the nearest railway station to the MAIT college and it is approximately 19 km away from the institute. MAIT Delhi Scholarship

The Maharaja Agrasen Technical Education Education Society gives scholarships to deserving students. Fee waivers, financial aid, and other forms of help are available through this MAIT Delhi scholarship. MAIT Delhi students can also apply for national scholarships and scholarships offered by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The eligible students can apply for MAIT Delhi scholarships who meet the required eligibility criteria. National Scholarship Portal registration is open to students of all streams and classes. NSP pre-matric and post-matric scholarships are available to deserving students from SC, ST, OBC, and other reserved categories. Detailed information about scholarships for MAIT Delhi students is given below.

Merit Cum Means Scholarship for Professional and Technical Courses CS	Rs. 20,000 per annum	Students should have got admission to technical/professional courses in a college, on the basis of a competitive examination. He or she must have received at least 50% marks in the previous exam. The family's income should not exceed Rs. 2,50,000 lakhs. Students should belong to Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, Jains and Zoroastrians (Parsis) communities.
Post-matric Scholarship for Students with Disabilities	Day Scholars- Rs.500 Hostellers- Rs.800	Class 11th and 12th students with more than 40% disability Family income should be less than Rs.2,50,000 lakhs.
Scholarships for Top Class Education for students with disabilities	Day Scholars- Rs.500 Hostellers- Rs.800	Graduate and post-graduate students with a disability of more than 40%. Family income should not exceed Rs.2,50,000 lakhs.
AICTE-Saksham Scholarship Scheme	Amount of scholarship that is a tuition fee of Rs. 30,000 or at actual, whichever is less and Rs.2000 per month for 10 months as incidentals charges each year	This scholarship is for differently-abled students who have a disability of not less than 40%. Candidates must be admitted to diploma/degree courses at an AICTE recognised institution. The annual income of the family should be less than Rs.8 lakhs per annum.
AICTE Pragati Scholarship for Girls	Tuition fee waiver, Rs. 30,000/- may be reimbursed for the purchase of books, vehicles, laptops.	This scholarship is for girl candidates who have taken admission to the diploma/degree course at AICTE approved institution/college. The annual income of the family should not be more than Rs.8 lakhs. Up to two girls per family can apply for the scholarship.
