According to the category rank mentioned by you in the question you have very low chances of getting into any of the IITs because the closing SC rank for IITs were around 2.7-2.8K and as you are not very far from the figure so you can try for some IITs like IIT Patna, IIT Palakkad, IIT Mandi, IIT Jammu and likewise .

But don't get disappointed if you do not get top IITs because if you have good rank in JEE-Main then you can get good NITs also and you can predict the colleges which you can get from JEE-Main by using JEE-Main College Predictor :-
