As you have secured 19801 CRL rank in jee advanced then it's quote impossible for you to get seat in any iits if you belong from general category and is male candidate.
So, there is no chance that you can get any iits with this much rank.
Now, as you have secured 67886 CRL rank, in jee mains then you will not get any iiits or nits with this much rank. But you can get some gftis in josaa counselling.

Now, if you are confused that which counseling between jac chandigarh counselling or csab you should attend, then, I wilp say you should go to csab special round counseling.

Because in jac chandigarh, there are oont 4 colleges and in csab special round there are all nits, iiits, gftis and iiest.
In csab special round counselling, you ahve chances to get nits ( like nit mizoram, etc.) or iiits or many gftis ( Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, etc )

So, you should definitely go with the csab special round counselling.
