With this rank in JEE Mains, you won't be able to get a seat in any government engineering colleges like NITs IIITs and GFTIs. Even your category rank won't be of any help.
I would suggest you to go for some top private engineering colleges in India which conduct their own entrance exams which are very easy as compared to JEE Mains.
