According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs or any other good college as per previous year's cut-offs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks. As you are talking about BIT Mesra so there are also very low or no chances based upon this rank.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
