I have got 10k in general then I have got 2100 in obc

Yes u can get a seat in dtu but lower branches but hope for best app the best

There is no chance of getting admission in DTU, and also have very less chances for any NIT.

I think your OBC category rank must be 21000 rather than 2100..

But you may get admission in top private colleges if of the States like UP, MP, WB, CHHATTISGARH, ORRISA, PUNJAB, CHANDIGARH etc

You have no chance to get DTU......but you have some chances to get lower rank NITs based on your category rank of jee mains.....apart from all these you can expect some good private colleges based your rank like MIT PUNE,PICT,GALGOTIAS,SILICON,GL BAJAJ,LNCT,etc....all the best
