Dear student, with this rank you may go with the nits. You can get some nits like nit Agartala, nit sikkim, nit bhopal, but it depends upon your branch choice. If you want cse then you might get cse branch in low nits. On the other hand, talking about iiits, then sorry you will not get any seat in iits, because the maximum cutoff ranks for iits are  around under 10000, So you will not get any iiit.

The chances are less for nit but I think you may get in any iiit. Keep trying untill the last round of counseling.
