Based on your category rank, under All India seat you might NOT be able to get into majority of IIITs under Other State quota. However, you may have a good chance in Home State quota depending on the state. I am sorry to say that with an SC Category rank of 20,190 in JEE Mains, you probably would not be able to get admission at any IIITs. However, I will suggest you try for JOSAA Counselling. Sometimes, there could be any possibilities in spot round, but that's very minimal.

According to my experience and past results the admission in IIIT is quiet difficult for your based on your ranking but you can further try for various state counselling like Haryana ,Punjab and many more.
