Dear , you have no chances for but sindri if you are a general candidate.
Rvs college of jamshedpur is okay, but do not offer good placement s. Many few companies visit there.

You can take it if you want btech degree from a government college and want to do preparation s for gate and IES.
You'll get lot of time  to study
