If your family income is 65000 per month then you (as per my knowledge the children of parents having a total annual income of Rs 8 lakh or above for a period of three consecutive years)will not come under 3A.

For Supernumerary quota seats the Income limit Rs.6,00,000.

But if your family income is 65000 annually then you will be eligible for 3A quota(not SNQ).

I am assuming you are from Karnataka (domicile state certificate).
