Zunjar BMS is a much better course than B pharma. This is because after doing BMS you even have the scope in terms of ayurveda and surgery and also you can practice as an ayurvedic doctor. But do keep one thing in mind that the course doesn't make much of a difference if you make the best out of all the opportunities that come along your way. So if you have the determination that you can study 5 and a half years almost then go for BMS. Else B Pharma is also equally good but try to gain as much knowledge as you can in those 3 years of the Best Pharma course. All the best for your admission.
