Yes you can get IIT and NIT only on the spot round.On the basis of your SC rank the colleges you might get:
1.IIT Bhopal
2.NIT Andhra Pradesh.
3.NIT Nagpur.
4.IIT Agartala.
5.NIT Jamshedpur.

It is expected that on tha basis of your rank you can get any stream.
