my rank is 163000 and my marks is 62 and obc category ...can you please tell whether i get any NIT OR IIIT college in south india

According to your rank you have less chances for admission to NITs or IIITs. You may try for admission to your home state NITs. You may also have chance for admission to private colleges offering admission on the basis of JEE Main score. You can also refer to previous year cutoff for NITs to have an idea about admission using the link below -
