As per the eligibility criteria of NEET UG, you need to be minimum of 17 years of age and maximum of 25 years. Hence, Since you will be 17 years old during NEET UG 2020, you are eligible to appear. Please check the other eligibility criteria here -

Yes, you can appear in NEET 2020. The eligibility criteria for taking NEET is being 17+ in age and passing 12 with physics, chemistry and biology as core subjects.
