See the lower limig age of the NEET exam is in such a manner that in the year in which u are applying or giving the exam in that year only u have to complete ur 17 years of age. Since u have born on 08/9/03 so u will be of 17 on 08/09/20 which is under 31/12/20. Therefore u are eligible to give ur neet exam next year as u are a fresher too in the 12th boards.
