I regret to inform you that with such a low rank you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like IIT's.
As IIT's are one of the most sought after college in field of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.
Even considering lower IIT's the cutoff for general category student goes maximum upto 10k for newer IIT's.
