It totally depends on which course you want to pursue to get admitted in DU. For example most sought after courses like Economics always has cut off above 90% and b.com usually have its cut offs about 88%. (These are only rough estimates, cut offs change from year to year. Keep checking cut offs till the end, to know more)

But mind you, you won't be getting top DU colleges at this percentage for any courses. Usually top DU colleges have their cut off above 90% for all the courses.
