As you may already know, state of Jharkhand is going to take students on the basis of JEE Marks through their own counselling procedure. With your 58k OBC rank, there is a high chance that you may secure Civil Engineering in BIT Sindri. As there are not many students who would be trying to go for BIT Sindri due to the timing of its counselling. Thus it's very probable you will be getting Civil in Sindri.
