See if you belongs to Delhi then you will have to upload the domicile certificate of Delhi it does not matter where you are staying currently and as far as the matter of center, so center will be chosen by you so for e.g. if you are living currently in Maharashtra then you can opt for any center in Maharashtra and the center will be allotted to you in Maharashtra as per the availability of seats. So don't worry about your domicile because Home state quota will not get change from the examination center. So if you have domicile certificate of Delhi then you will be definitely eligible for 85% Home state quota of Delhi.
