As I understand from your question that you have somehow damaged your mark sheets of either your graduation or your post graduation and so to answer your question what you need to do right now is to address this matter in writing through post to the respective college authorities stating the entire matter in detail along with your proper credentials and request them to re issue you a copy of your certificates so that you can produce them as and when required in life and also request them to expedite the entire process.
